DOR-registratie

Dealers in second-hand goods in the Netherlands, such as gold buyers, jewellers, phone shops and bicycle dealers, are required to register their purchases in the Digitaal Opkopers Register (DOR). Doing that by hand next to your own administration takes time and leads to typing errors. The DOR module in ZaakCompleet sends your registrations straight to the DOR, so you enter each purchase only once. Every dealer connects their own DOR login, which is stored encrypted. When you buy an item, you record the seller and the product in ZaakCompleet and the registration is sent to the register automatically. The module supports all branches and product groups of the DOR, with the right fields per type of product, from gold jewellery and watches to phones, laptops and bicycles. Photos of the product can be taken with your phone and are cropped automatically. AI-assisted recognition helps fill in the product details from the photo, which you check and correct before sending. Purchases and goods stay together in one overview, including their DOR status. When you sell an item, you register the sale with one button, either to a private buyer or to another dealer, so your stock in the register stays correct. Printable forms are available for your own records. For webshops and websites there is also a WordPress plugin that uses the same registration service through a licence key, so registrations can be made from your own site. The register exists to help the police trace stolen goods, which is why every purchase has to be recorded quickly and completely. The module guides you through the required fields for each product group, so registrations are not rejected for missing details. Only the owner or an administrator of your company can manage the DOR connection, while employees can register purchases. DOR registration is part of ZaakCompleet, so your purchases, customers and invoices stay in one system. The module is currently available in Dutch.
