GoudZilverKoers links your WooCommerce products to the current precious metal price. One kilo of fine gold moves every minute, and with GoudZilverKoers your store moves with it: every product is recalculated automatically, gram by gram and to the cent. It is made for jewellers, goldsmiths and bullion dealers who sell online and do not want to update prices every morning. Per product or variation you set the metal, the weight in grams, troy ounces or kilos, and the fineness. On top of that comes your margin: a percentage, a fixed amount or both, with a minimum price and the rounding of your choice. The result is a correct shelf price for a 14 carat ring as well as for a 1 kilo bar. During checkout the cart shows how long the price is locked. If the market moves in the meantime, the customer sees the new total before the order is placed. You sell at the ask price and can show buy-back prices at the bid, including a calculator so customers can value their old gold themselves. Live prices per gram, troy ounce or kilo can be shown on any page as a price table or ticker, styled by your own theme and placed with a shortcode, no code required. A price history chart shows how gold, silver, platinum and palladium moved over the last day, week, month or year. GoudZilverKoers is safe when price feeds fail: without a fresh price, your store shows "price on request" and never sells at an outdated price. You decide how old a price may be.
