Emailwish is an email marketing app for Shopify and WooCommerce stores, built on a customer data platform. Chats, product reviews, popups and forms, wishlists, back-in-stock requests and Shopify order and browsing data all feed one unified customer profile, so you can target shoppers on far more than their order history. For example, you can email someone who asked about a product in chat but did not buy, or remind a shopper when a wishlisted item is back in stock. Setup starts from your store, not a blank editor. Emailwish pulls your logo, images, colours and brand voice from Shopify, then builds about 10 done-for-you email flows from your own brand assets and tone, so they look and sound like your store rather than a generic template. Flows include welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, review requests, after-review, form signup, chat follow-up, post-purchase and win-back. You can edit any email, flow or segment, or build your own. Targeting is more detailed than most competitors: behaviour-based segments, exit-intent and page-rule popup targeting, and triggers from chat, review, popup and wishlist activity. Emailwish is built for strong inbox placement, and it supports more than 10 languages with real-time Shopify sync and revenue reporting for flows and campaigns. It suits small and growing D2C brands that want working automations right away without writing every email or connecting several apps. There is a free plan with 1,000 emails a month, and paid plans start at 35 dollars a month. Emailwish is based in Hong Kong and was founded by Ankit Srivastava, who has over 10 years in ecommerce and over 7 years in email marketing.
