ZaakCompleet Kassa

ZaakCompleet Kassa is a complete point of sale system for hospitality and retail that runs in the browser on a tablet, computer or phone. It is built for busy service: staff tap a table on the floor plan, take the order and send it straight to the kitchen and bar. You draw your own floor plan with zones and tables, which you can move and merge. Orders can be taken at the till or on a phone at the table. When the order is sent, each station receives its own ticket on the kitchen or bar display, with a sound signal and automatic printing on an 80 mm printer. Products can have required and optional choices, such as cooking preference or extra cheese, with their own price. Happy hour prices switch on and off by themselves, even past midnight, and stock is updated with every sale: when a product runs out, it disappears from the menu automatically. Paying is flexible: cash, card through a Mollie payment terminal or the Tap app, or split the bill between guests. Discounts and tips are supported, with tips kept separate from revenue. Guests can also order themselves by scanning the QR code on their table; the order appears on the order screen for staff to accept. Reservations are taken through your own booking page. ZaakCompleet Kassa follows the rules for fiscal receipts: paid receipts can never be changed, receipt numbers run without gaps, corrections are made with a return receipt and every action is written to a log. At the end of the day each employee closes their own till, you receive the daily revenue by e-mail and you can export receipts, lines and the log as CSV. Revenue flows automatically into the ZaakCompleet bookkeeping, split by VAT rate. Employees get a staff role that only gives access to the till, so they never see the rest of your administration.
