Connect Microsoft 365 in one click and your employees, profile photos and domains are imported automatically. Names, job titles and phone numbers come straight from Microsoft 365, so a new colleague has a signature ready the next day. No Microsoft 365? You can add people yourself. Design your signature from a template or import your current one, then add your logo, colours, photo and banner and see the result instantly. Roll out your own add-in in Microsoft 365, and from then on the right signature is placed under new e-mails, replies and forwards: in Outlook on Windows, the new Outlook, Outlook on the web and the Outlook app on iPhone and Android. Gmail and Apple Mail are supported as well. Banners turn every e-mail into a small campaign. Put an offer or event under your messages with a start and end date, rotate several banners, target them per department and see how often they are clicked. Rules let you give sales a different signature than the workshop, or give people who work for more than one company several signatures.
